Basting sauce for salmon-- Vermont style!

Baked Salmon

2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. fresh ginger
½ tsp. Cornstarch
1 Tbsp. water
3 Tbsp. maple syrup
1 scallion

Combine all ingredients and brush on salmon.


Broil skin side down for 5 minutes. Brush.

Turn and broil another 5 minutes. Brush.
