Simple Grilled Chicken
The simple part of this is the marinade: Ken's Original Italian Dressing. I put a cut-up chicken in a zip-lock bag and pour in a half bottle. Let it marinate overnight. The next day, when you are ready to grill, heat your grill, and when it is hot, turn the burners down to low. Place the chicken skin-side down and grill 7 minutes a side, turning the chicken twice. That means that you are cooking it on the grill for 21 minutes. Take it off the grill and place it on a clean cookie sheet, then place it in a 300 degree oven until the chicken is thoroughly cooked (should be about 20 minutes). Just before serving, brush the chicken pieces with more of Ken's salad dressing FROM THE BOTTLE -- not the stuff you marinated the chicken in. It is delicious.
